By accessing or using Glory Road — the site and game available on this domain — you fully agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to anyone who visits the site, plays a match, uses VS mode, or sends a message through the Contact form. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or the game.
2. Description of Service
Glory Road is a free fantasy draft game played entirely in the browser, with no sign-up, login, or app download required. You build a team by combining players from different historic squads, pick a formation and tactical mentality, and simulate a full knockout campaign against other legendary squads drawn at random. We also offer a VS mode, where you can be matched with another real player (or, when no opponent becomes available within a short window, with an automatically generated team) for a single match. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of continuous availability, error-free simulation, or that VS mode matchmaking will always find a human opponent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to: • Not use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights. • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system or the servers hosting the game. • Not interfere with the game's operation, including attempts to manipulate results, VS mode matchmaking, or any other feature through reverse engineering, automation, bots, or scripts. • Not submit offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or spam content through the Contact form. • Not use team names in VS mode that are offensive, discriminatory, or impersonate another person or entity. We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these rules, to the extent technically possible for a service with no account system.
4. Intellectual Property
The name "Glory Road", the visual design, the editorial text (including each squad's historical summary), and the site's source code belong to its creators, unless otherwise noted. Club, player, competition, and national team names mentioned in the game are used solely for historical simulation, factual reference, and entertainment purposes — Glory Road has no official affiliation, sponsorship, license, or endorsement from the real entities mentioned (clubs, leagues, federations, UEFA, or the players depicted themselves). Overalls, positions, and stats assigned to each player are our own editorial estimates, built from verifiable historical performance, not a reproduction of any third-party database.
5. Affiliate Links and Ads
The site displays ads via Google AdSense — shown only outside active gameplay screens, never during the draft, a match, or penalties — and may contain affiliate links, such as the products listed on the Store page, that earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. We have no control over the content, pricing, stock, or availability of third-party products or ads, nor do we take part in the purchase transaction itself, which happens entirely on the partner's site.
6. Disclaimer
Glory Road is provided free of charge, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for losses, damages, or harm resulting from use of the site, including temporary unavailability, simulation errors, loss of progress saved locally in your browser, VS mode matchmaking failures, or technical issues of any kind. Purchases made on partner stores through affiliate links are the sole responsibility of those stores — questions about orders, delivery, payment, or exchanges should be directed straight to the seller.
